Child, youth and family is a growing concern to the general public in the 21st century China. Children in the families with difficulties, such as imprisonment parents, left-behind children, orphans, are all critical subjects for the Centre to study, the challenges of the child welfare and rights in the social changing China; the asset-based social policies and children development, vocational development for adolescents, youth at risks, etc; and their working approaches in the complicated context.
