题目：Improving Aging and Health with Mobile Technology Application and Intergenerational Support

主要内容：
Better chronic condition management and greater social integration are effective means to contribute to active aging. As the Internet and mobile computing technology become increasingly prevalent, they offer great potentials to improve chronic disease self-management and social integration. Older adults, however, are much less likely to use such technology because of their anxiety about their abilities and lack of computer skills. This presentation will introduce the Intergenerational Mobile Technology Opportunities Program (IMTOP) designed to motivate and train older adults with diabetes to use the technology. It will also discuss the IMTOP research design and the preliminary outcomes between the intervention and wait-list control groups of the older adult participants.
主讲人简介：
Dr. Iris Chi，美国南加州大学社工学院中美金龄协会吴玉清中国老年讲座教授和中国项目主任。在加入南加大之前，她任教于香港大学17年，她是港大秀圃老年研究中心的创始者。齐教授是保健和老年学专家，她参加了90多项研究和发表了超过250论文和书籍。齐教授是美国老年学院院士, 美国社会福利和社会工作科学院院士, 国际interRAI院士, 和亚洲大洋洲地区国际老年医学和老年学协会院士。她是30多家本地及海外大学和研究机构的名誉教授，研究员和顾问。她也是许多国际医疗, 老年学和社会工作期刊的副主编和编委。
